Why We Do What We Do
The Fairview Restaurant opened in 1872 overlooking the Lehigh River and Canal. The Bechtel family took over in 1979 and is proud to continue its tradition for over 40 years.
At the request of our many customers, we started catering full time in 1989. Our local catering company has been expanding every few years. We have served groups of over 2,000 guests and are always happy to serve our clients for all their family events: birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, reunions, showers, and all special life moments!
We always try to help everyone we can with their event date. With over 200 events a year, it is important to schedule the date as soon as possible with us.
